• Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly, empathize

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, with a proven track record will
be added advantage.

• Proactively identify and generate leads through various sources as per defined
SOP.
• Engage with potential customers in a courteous and persuasive manner to
understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including
features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages, to effectively
communicate value propositions to customers.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of
individual customers, emphasizing the benefits and value of the products or
services being offered.
• Address any objections or concerns raised by customers in a professional and
empathetic manner and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to
overcome objections and close sales.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet
made a purchase, using persuasive techniques to encourage them to convert
into sales.
