Qualification: 10+2 passed

Gender: Any

Disability: Any except VI & SHI(Candidate should type and communicate through voice properly)

Mode: Work from Home

Designation: Process Associate

Job Role: Need to attend/ call back customers to resolve e-commerce related complain.

Shift: Rotational & 9hrs(uncluding 1hr break)

System requirement: Windows 10 with 8gb ram, Webcam(During training time), High speed internet.

Salary: 15,600(Gross) for freshers. And upto 24000 for experienced(Depend on experience in same sector)

Age: 18 to 30

Training: 30-40 days.(Training stipend will be paid after successful certification)

Interview: Hr round, Client round, Documentation.
