Job Description :- Housekeeping Services:

• Adherence of proper safety measures before starting any activity
• Garbage collection from every floors
• Floor Cleaning & disinfecting
• Cleaning, sweeping, mopping of all the floors including all staircases, cabins, lobbies, passages, reception, Training rooms, Labs, Conference rooms, Meeting rooms, security offices and other areas within the office premises
• Cleaning of all inside Glasses (Glass Doors, Glass partitions, Glass Walls, Glass Tops etc.)
• Cleaning of the fire exit staircases & passages
• Putting bin liners /plastic bags in all dustbins to avoid stains & stinks
• Cleaning of all outer doors, windows, ledges, staircases
• Cleaning of Basement areas, maintenance control rooms, DG areas
• Cleaning of Washrooms and scrubbing
• Cleaning and disinfecting all telephone instruments, PCs and other Office Equipment (For cleaning of Office Equipment, Provider will follow the procedures and use the chemicals as approved by the OEMs)
• Scrubbing and Buffing of all the Floors lobby and passages
• All outer area surfaces to be cleaned with high pressure jet
• Cleaning of Ceilings & High Walls
• Thorough cleaning of work stations /chairs / partitions (arm rests and pedestals)
• Daily cleaning schedule to be adhered and followed
• Deep cleaning schedule to be adhered and followed.
• Any at height cleaning or façade cleaning is not Included
• Any confined space work is not included (like tank cleaning etc.)
