Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or passed 3 year regular Diploma in any stream
Inbound Voice Process. 
Addressing Customers Query/complaint/request.
Rotational 9 hours Shift - 24x7( Male) & window 6am -10pm with only drop facility after 8pm  for female & 1 Rotational  week off. 
Must have good communication skill in English& Hindi/Must be able to Read  English & comprehend it. / Must have good computer knowledge & typing skills . 
Age Criteria -18-30 years
