Job description
We are currently having openings in our Backend Process – 100% work from office. With fixed salary & permanent hiring.
o Designation-
o Customer Support Associate (CSA).
o Job Profile-
o Have to check customer’s documents. (UIDAI DQ)
o Mandatory Criteria-
o Any Graduate.
o Fresher and experience both can apply.
o Hindi reading is mandatory for Hindi candidates.
o Punjabi reading is mandatory for Punjabi candidates.
o Gujarati reading mandatory for Gujarati candidate
o English to Hindi/ Punjabi/ Gujarati/ Oriya translation also mandated.
o Customer orientation.
o Ready to work in Shifts.
o No planned leave for the upcoming 3 month after joining.
o 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
