Designation- Customer Care Executive
Job Responsibility- Receiving customer calls & address their Query, Complaint & Request
Out call to customer for banking product & service selling
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
· Academic Qualification - Minimum of 10 + 2/ Graduates/Post Graduates may also apply.
· Candidates should have basic knowledge in computer. (Shortcut keys, toggling between windows and typing)
. Candidates should have speak manageable Hindi.
· Candidate should be able to read English and convey in their language.
· Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts. (Please note: late night shifts/over night shifts are not applicable for girls except during the training period, if required)
· Age bar – 18 years to 30 years
· Candidates need to provide all relevant documents related to academic qualification, Photo ID Proof, Age Proof etc.
