Job description
We are currently having openings in our Oriya Voice Process – 100% work from office. With fixed salary & permanent hiring.
- Designation-
- Customer Support Associate (CSA).
- Have to check customer’s documents. (UIDAI DQ)
- Job Profile-
- Mandatory Criteria-
- Any Graduate.
- Fresher and experience both can apply.
- Oriya reading is mandatory .
- English to oriya translation also mandated.
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in Shifts.
- No planned leave for the upcoming 3 month after joining.
- 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
- Interview Structure-
- HR round - General check.
- OPS round – General Check
Salary
- For Bengali/ Hindi/English/ Assamese/ Odiya
- CTC-156500(13041 monthly)
- In-hand-11500
- Documents Required –
