Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification and Research:
o Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through various online
sources, databases, social media, and industry events.
o Use tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other databases to
gather contact information and business details of potential clients.
Lead Qualification:
o Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with
the company’s target market.
o Conduct initial outreach via email, phone calls, or social media to gauge interest
and gather additional information.
Data Management:
o Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
o Track and report on lead generation activities and results to the Lead Generation
Manager.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure a smooth
handoff.
o Provide feedback on the quality of leads and suggest improvements to the lead
generation process.
Market Analysis:
o Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for
lead generation.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support
strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
